Proper packing could prevent product from suffering damage. SINOMASH provide product packing strictly as per international transportation regulations. In addition to product safety consideration, SINOMASH also consider economy factor through optimizing package space. By this way, customer’s transportation cost could be saved.

Standard wooden case packing

All the wood and other material applied for packing correspond to international export standards and requirements.

(1)  Machined surface of product will be covered with anti-corrosive oil while un-machined surface will be covered by paint.

(2)  The oil surface will be covered by kraft paper, and then proper fastening on the pallet will be applied.

(3)  Relevant transportation signs and marks will be painted on the case. The top side of case will be covered by plastic cloth to prevent rainfall.

Special packing

In addition to standard packing method, we could also design special package for oversize product. Take following bevel gear as an example. The diameter of this bevel gear is 3240mm which exceeds standard container dimension too much. After study, we made a special steel rack to realize the case dimension as 3530(L) x 2300 (W) x 2535(H) which could be loaded into standard container. Thus transportation cost could be saved for customer.
